Travelysm Travel Group – Terms & Agreement

By submitting payment or booking travel services through Travelysm Travel Group, you (“the client” or “traveler”) agree to the following terms and conditions. This agreement is entered into between you and Travelysm Travel Group ("we", "our", or "us").

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings require a non-refundable deposit unless otherwise stated.

• Full payment must be received by the final payment deadline. Missed payments may result in cancellation without refund.

• Prices are subject to change until deposits are paid and booking is confirmed.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

• Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to supplier and vendor policies.

• We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against cancellations, interruptions, or emergencies.

3. Travel Insurance

• Travelysm Travel Group strongly encourages the purchase of travel insurance.

• You understand that we are not liable for any losses, delays, medical emergencies, or cancellations if insurance is declined.

4. Client Responsibility

• You are responsible for having the correct travel documents (valid passport, visas, ID, etc.).

• You must provide accurate traveler details, including full names as shown on identification.

• You are responsible for checking and meeting all destination entry requirements (COVID-19 testing, vaccinations, etc.).

5. Travel Modifications

• Any changes made after booking (name changes, date changes, etc.) may be subject to additional fees as determined by the vendor or supplier.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• Travelysm Travel Group acts solely as an agent for airlines, hotels, cruise lines, transportation companies, and other service providers.

• We assume no liability for injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by acts or omissions of any supplier, weather, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, pandemics, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Media Release – Group Trips

By participating in any group trip hosted or organized by Travelysm Travel Group, you agree to the following:

• You consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the trip for promotional, advertising, or social media purposes.

• These images or recordings may be used by Travelysm Travel Group in digital or print marketing without compensation or notice.

• If you do not wish to be recorded, you must submit your request in writing before the start of the trip.

8. Communication

• Most communication will be delivered via email or text. It is your responsibility to stay updated with all pre-departure documents and communications.

• Please ensure your contact information is current.

9. Disputes & Legal

• This agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which Travelysm Travel Group is based.

• Any disputes must be handled through mediation or arbitration before seeking legal action.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By booking with Travelysm Travel Group, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
